Fridays - All Grades:- 6.00 to 8.00pm (fitness and sparring class)

Saturdays - Beginners:- 12.15 to 1.15pm (White belts to Yellow belts)
- Intermediate:- 1.15pm to 3.00pm (Green belt to Blue belts)
-Advanced:- 3.00pm to 5.00pm (Red Stripes and above)

First lesson Free!! just wear loose fitting clothing i.e. jogging bottoms and a T-shirt.
